I had Dave and Lisa from the kitchen magician redue my kitchen. They did an awesome job and I would give them five stars .but as far as Bob .there was a stain on my countertop when my wife put a rack on it that was not hot and it left a mark .Eric said he would leave a kit with directions how to apply it. Which I did it removed a lot of the stain but not all of it .Tryed to email Eric and no response .email Bob Eric is very busy maybe if the countertop was properly finished in the first place Eric wouldn't be so busy I will repost a mother review if they decide to get in touch with me and make

This experience will teach me to consider the 1 star ratings a little more before dealing with a company in the future, and this place has 16, almost all directly related to being treated rudely!
Treated rudely barely begins to cover the phone conversation I had with a woman at Bob's. I made two calls to the phone number listed on Google. The first call didn't connect completely right away, but when it did, I heard an old woman calling me a derogatory name! Not believing my ears, I tried the number again. This time it connected and I was greated with "WHAT?" I asked if this was Bob's and was rudely

Kelsey Charte was amazing during the entire process of picking out our countertops and having them installed! There are many decisions to make and lots of choices, it can seem overwhelming when you are making such a large purchase/commitment like countertops. She allowed us room to make up our own minds, never making us feel pressured to buy, but also shared her input/advice/experience when we asked.
We were especially impressed and pleased by the fact that she followed up just like she promised. It’s a rare and beautiful thing to experience these days!

I had an installation in March 2021. After a few weeks and a good cleaning I saw a large chip behind the sink and a one + inch cut into the granite on one of the wall edges. I emailed the shop and the GM had the original installer come out to patch the areas. After another few weeks, the patches turned blue (I have pictures) and the installer was again at my home (about 4 weeks after the GM stating he would come). He poured bleach on the blue stains and said he was going on vacation but would check in with me again. Well, that never happened and it's 5 weeks now. Also, when he patched some of the

We want to thank Bob and his team for an awesome experience with our granite countertops. On 18 May Bob came out and templated our counters and mentioned the stone set aside for us had a large black strip through the middle of it. He asked if that is what we wanted and we told him no; so he worked with us and hand-picked our piece of granite which is beautiful. In addition to the excellent sales service from Kelsey and Bob, the install team did a superb job removing the old countertops and installing the granite and new sink. We met with Donna and she spent as much with us as we needed, left us alone when we needed and answered all our questions. We love our countertops and received top notch service. Our experience was excellent. Their staff were all friendly and answered every question we had, over and over again, and we changed our minds a few times. They had great patience with us even on our 4th or 5th visit back to the show room. There are No high pressure sales people, which made us comfortable to keep going back. We took the trip to Haverhill to see our slab, we recommend doing so, it was worth the trip. The sunny showroom was a nice feature as well. The three companies we visited in Concord, none had the feel and brightness of Bobs Place, and their quotes were higher. Bob, himself measured

Just had granite counters installed in my kitchen. I have to say it was a pleasant and professional experience all the way around. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and polite and after shopping many granite showrooms, Bob’s had exactly what I was looking for, and the pricing was affordable. There was a slight miscommunication, but the staff went above and beyond to quickly fix the problem and make sure I was happy.
The installation crew was great and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. They cleaned everything up and we respectful of of my home.

What a transformation! The pictures don't do it justice. I shopped around. Bob's Granite Place prices were much better than the big box stores. I was able to get quartz for the same price as their lower quality solid surface counters.
Bob's was able to come weeks ahead of schedule, a very nice surprise. The installer did a great job cleaning up after himself too.

We went to Bob's after a friend of ours recommended it. We were very happy once we got there and were shown a variety of products that we could use for our counters. We were sent to MA to pick out a slab. We ended up picking out one that actually matched perfectly to what we were shown in the showroom. We paid 50% down for everything. Between picking out the slab and having the stone delivered, we read lots of negative reviews for this business, which got us worried. However, in the end our countertops turned out amazing. We purchased a $6,600 slab that was to be the centerpiece of our home. What we received was the same type of granite but not our stone. We were told, "That's the piece you chose." It's clearly not as we have pictures to prove it. I would have felt better if someone said, "Sorry, we sold your slab.", but I don't like being lied to.

If there were a ZERO star I would use the ZERO!!!!! Bob is rude and does NOT stand behind his mistakes!!!!!! MY reason: We had our kitchen counters and basement bar remodeled and my granite is beautiful however, at the time Bob was subcontracting out some of his business and we happen to fall upon the not so good sub. Bob was called and someone did come out to look they stated yes I did have some legit complaints and they would fix them.. Months went by and nothing, So finally I stopped in and Bob asked to look at this for himself. Bob came by and looked and stated some complaints were legit

We decided to contact Bob's Granite Place after a friend recommended them. I initially spoke with Bob and was happy with the conversation we had about our future project. I was told to reach back out when we were ready to get a quote. I contacted them again to move forward and was put in touch with Mike the GM, who I did not have a good experience with. Unfortunately not a good experience. Started off great as we met with Mike who is the sales manager at the showroom and very professional. We selected the color and we're out of there after a purchase within an hour , very excited no less. Mike came to our house the next week for measurements, and then install happened the next week which I thought was great. Here comes the problem. The install took roughly 2 and a half hours which is easy, but when the time came to inspect the job and where it all went sour. The counters I just spent 3500 on were not level and there was over 1/4 inch gap

Called Bob's for an estimate in Hartford Vermont for approx. 40 square feet of granite fabricated and installed in a condominium kitchen. Spoke with the owner and he immediatly dismissed me saying he needed at least 60 square feet to travel to Hartford, which is well within the service area listed on the website (only 1 1/2 hours from Barrington NH). Wouldn't even discuss further with me. He was very short and rude on the phone. No where in his site does it mention a minimum square footage to travel to Vermont. I went a little further down the street and purchased from Peters affordable
