A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) to provide you with the actual amount of the shipping charge and to confirm your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is confirmed, at which time you will need to supply your card information to process your order.

Do NOT take your used store furnishings here. We took a metal rack and traded it in for a $20 credit which was supposed to be applied to our purchase. Instead they charged the full amount. When I called to make them aware of the error I was told they would issue a refund to my card...which never happened. A few months later my husband took a large rack to sell and he was told they would pay us $100 for it by mailing a check. That check never came. When we inquired about it we were told it takes a few months for their checks to go out. Well it's been a year and we still never received a payment
