It shall be the purpose of this organization to promote the general welfare of and assist in the commercial industrial, and civic progress of the region. Furthermore, it is recognized that an integral part of accomplishing this goal is to insure the welfare and progress of the Business and Agriculture Community of Sheridan County and Northeastern Montana.
