I was purchasing a real estate investment property and just days before closing was made aware of a foundation repair that had to be made. I called Level Check Foundation and Austin was able to schedule a team to come out and do the repairs in order for us to make our closing deadline. But that's not even the best part of this story.
Highly recommend Level Check! I was super impressed with Austin and Duncan as they were very easy to work with and provided great customer service from beginning to end! Austin and his company have mastered the art of customer service, follow up and more importantly educating the consumer of their issues with foundation.
At Level Check Foundation Repair, we offer one thing, plain and simple - good quality foundation repair! We specialize in raising and/or leveling residential and commercial slabs on structures such as houses, garages, apartments, townhomes, condos, office buildings and more. Chances are you're concerned about the condition of your foundation so you are doing all the research possible to see what needs to be done.
Our experienced team will fix the root cause of your foundation issues by utilizing the right method for the job. For foundation issues directly under the concrete, surface polyurethane foam injections are a fast and cost-effective solution. Concrete raising is typically about half the cost of replacing the same concrete.

In 2015, my doors started sticking and when I would drop stuff in certain areas of my home, it would literally roll all the way into the next room. I knew the foundation would need work, but once it got this bad, I knew it was time to finally repair it. The previous foundation company that was used was no longer in business, so we checked through Google to see reviews for other foundation companies. We called 3 different companies and received 3 different quotes. The first company wanted to add piers literally all over the house (even right next to existing piers from previous foundation work)

Extremely professional and qualified to come out and give you a recommendation for your foundation. They were able to accommodate our schedule quickly and gave us instantaneous readings and offer a comprehensive review report to assess their findings. We felt very comfortable with the results and are considering the proposal which seemed very reasonable for the quality of work. We were also impressed by the fact that they do readings of measurements upon completion and come back and check status post foundation work so if there is any movement or shifting they can qualify the changes! Top notch

I own a house that had work done by Level Check (2nd previous owner). Level Check did the job in August of 2008 per the diagram and contract signed (disclosed to me upon purchase). The warranty wasn't transferable to me due (another owned the house between me and the person that did business with Level Check) to next owner getting "one time" transfer. My word to the wise is this, fast forward and I had my foundation inspected (Feb 2013). Withhout the Engineering knowing any work had been done by any foundation company let alone Level Check, the Engineer made recommendations to drive piers almost
