Linda at All Smiles Travel has helped me plan several trips. One trip was to Disney with my Son, his wife and grandkids. She made sure everything was in order and made our trip run smoothly. I had an issue on one trip I took with some airline cancellations due to weather. Linda found me alternate flights to get home.

The best customer service I have ever had while traveling was with All Smiles. Linda and her team monitored my flight status while I was flying, even in the early morning. (5:00 am ) We had a delay on the way home at 11:00 pm and she sent a text checking in and asking if she should find another flight for us. (mechanical problem with the plane caused the delay)
I would recommend All Smiles to any traveler, they are the best!!!!

Linda Anderson of All Smiles Travel has been our travel agent for a number of our vacation trips and has done an Excellent job in providing my wife and I with all the travel arrangements. Linda is amazing and very thorough with her services. I am the person with a million questions and always nervous I'm forgetting something. Not only does she answer all my needs, she goes above and beyond to make sure I am very comfortable with my travel desires. Shes great at sharing all her info and knowledge and does all the work for you!! Rachel was amazing! She was able to find us an all inclusive resort with everything we were looking for that was within our budget. Linda helped us make our honeymoon amazing! She patiently helped us explore every option. She provided us with a detailed itinerary that helped ease the stress of traveling. She even went out of her way to upgrade our room! Once in Jamaica she was available to answer any questions or help us with any concerns. I will not be booking another trip without her!

I had never worked with a travel agent before and this saved me so much time and energy! Linda was fast, friendly, and professional. She thought of all the tiny details that would have stressed me out last minute (the ferry, parking, etc).
