Meet our experienced and friendly eye doctors who make Professional Eye Care the leading provider of vision care products and services in our area. He moved across the street to our current location at 3701 S. Main St. in 1999. He also has offices in Eastover and Elizabethtown. He attended Campbell University where he played baseball and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1989.
Serving the eye care needs of Elizabethtown and Bladen County as well as Columbus, Cumberland, Duplin, Pender, Robeson, & Sampson Counties. The Elizabethtown office in the Carolina Vision Center building is an eye care center consisting of an ophthalmology practice and two optometry practices. Dr. Mary Ann Masters, OD, sees patients in Elizabethtown on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM.

Everything went great from the moment I walked in. Great service, greeted immediately by a young male. Everyone that I encountered upstairs were extremely professional from the ophthalmologist to the techs and also the lady at the check-in counter. My only problem was with the unprofessional lady downstairs at the check-out counter. She did not greet nor assisted in no kind of way, just a complete rude person. Not only did I visited as a service member but I was also planning to schedule a visit as a civilian with "private insurance.'' Those type of people ruin the integrity of a business.

I recently visited Professional Eye Care to get a new pair of glasses for my daughter. Morgan helped us while we were there. She was very professional and friendly. She made the process very easy and helped my daughter pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I was so pleased with the service we received that I went back a few weeks later and ordered myself a pair as well! We will definitely be returning.

The staff and doctors are great at this location but do go elsewhere to have your glasses ordered. If they are not right when you get them, very unlikely your problem will be addressed. Good luck on seeing well with this product. Unfortunately, need to go elsewhere to obtain comfortable glasses to see with.

I’ve been a patient with Professional Eye Care for 10 years and I have to say that they always make me feel like family, so much I have referred all my family and friends to them. However, today I feel like they went above and beyond. The whole office is clean, friendly, and extremely informative. I met Dr. Emily Raynor for the first time and she made my visit phenomenal… she was easy to talk to, took her time with me, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like I was getting an eye exam from one of my girlfriends! I was a new patient and was expecting the familiar assembly line push us through treatment. Everyone there was friendly and personable. The doctors answered all my questions and actually stopped and listened when I had something to say. When I left I was offered different options for my situation and I could actually feel the real family atmosphere that I was looking for. I’m happy to be a patient here.
