Rick and Sheila* Gibson are Reiki Master Practitioner/Teachers, transplants to Waxhaw, NC. Both Rick and Sheila received training as classical musicians from the University of Iowa many years ago. They have had an interest in Reiki for over 20 years and received their RMT certification in 2014. Working individually or as a team, Rick and Sheila enjoy helping clients to feel their best through this revitalizing modality.
Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. A warm and soothing energy flows from the practitioner's hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. This non-invasive technique has been practiced all over the world and was introduced to the United States in 1938.

People, including children, from all walks of life can receive Reiki. Pets can also receive Reiki. Cats are particularly receptive to Reiki.
Though Reiki is the entry point for working with energy, Sheila is also an Akashic Reader, Soul Realignment Practitioner, Channel, Medium and Intuitive Consultant. Her abilities to work within the Akash and to work with the Archangels and Ascended Masters has been a journey of Grace and she continues to be guided by their Grace as she offers help to those who are feeling confused or stuck.

Amazing, wonderful and awesome experiences!
I have worked with Sheila and Rick since 2013, and have always had positive healing experiences with them! They are truly compassionate, graceful healers that are in tune with what you need. My first experience was with Sheila for a Reiki session in 2013, where afterward I remember feeling so much lighter and connected to my life's purpose -- the cold I had at the time also disappeared and I could breathe again.
