Lied about price, didn't clear codes. They cleaned the filter that's it. Had to go to Kenworth to get codes cleared and was told I could have bought a new filter for $1,495.00 I Paid $2,300.00 for a cleaning plus $185.00 to get my codes removed. Also they left bolts out of my side panel I had to replace them as well. I will never go back.

I Don’t recommend theses guys had a flat on a 85 sc/ga line called theses guys when the tech arrived the jack to lift truck didn’t work after waiting almost 3hrs tech told me to call another company he didn’t feel like going back to shop...I ended up calling loves they where there in 45mins...lazy people t(-_-)t

We wanted to keep out business local. But these people can’t even get to work on time to even do a job. It was something minor. We dropped truck off at 12 noon on Thursday and told them we had to have it back by closing on Friday. They told us no problem. Went by Friday morning to see how it was progressing. Mind you we were there at 10 a.m to check on progress. No one had shown up for work but one person and that person was asleep on the couch. Get a call at 1:15 in the afternoon and they said they couldn’t do the work. Still charged us over $100 for them to do nothing.

Does not show up when he says he will. I called the day before and he agreed to be at his shop the next morning to fix my truck. I was there well past his normal hours with the shop still closed. I called and he said he will be there just after 9am, even though he is supposed to open at 8AM. two hours later I called again and he said he will be there. By noon I just gave up and left. He didn't sound to me like the kind of guy that gives a hoot about anything or really anyone. Anyway, that's my two cents.
