Village Pharmacy Of Wake Forest

Village Pharmacy in Wake Forest is the absolute best! They proactively reach out to me when needed. Lately they suggested I switch from plastic bottles for my prescriptions to these prepackaged and dated packs. Each one has a date and the time of day on it. It’s simple, easy and saves a ton of plastic waste! Skip the big chain pharmacies and move your prescriptions to Village Pharmacy. You will love them.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! The team is Awesome! Everyone I have communicated with is always friendly and helpful. They always go above & beyond to ensure I have a pleasant experience. When I first moved to from Ca to NC, I started using Wake Forest pharmacy, then they shut down and transferred their customers to Village. I was so disappointed because I had finally found a pharmacy that cared and I didn't believe I would ever find that satisfaction anywhere else, but I was surprisingly incorrect. Village is incredible! I pray I never have to visit a Walgreens pharmacy ever again!

Recently Village contacted us to say they cannot fill certain prescriptions due to profitability, which are part of a basic formulary that they agreed to. Providing needed prescriptions is a position of trust and it’s abundantly clear that village doesn’t seem to understand that concept. We transferred our prescriptions to Publix and couldn’t be happier.

Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used! Was in and out of the drive thru within five minutes and they were so friendly and helpful! After having poor experiences with multiple big box pharmacies I won’t go anywhere else again!

Rather slow pharmacy with poor hours, and friendliness that only applies to you if you're within groups they'll tolerate. After the owners wasted my time trying to be nice with explaining that they'll no longer serve me for needed medications, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

Best pharmacy ever! Great friendly service. It’s nice to walk into a pharmacy and be greeted by your name. They are all exceptional, but special shout-out to Bridget. I go there for all my medicine needs and immunizations. For those who use the big chains, don’t think they cost less.

The best pharmacy EVER!!! Everyone there is super friendly, super knowledgeable and super helpful. I'm from a small town and Village Pharmacy has that small town, at home feeling!!! They have been my pharmacy since about 2011. I had been diagnosed with cancer and with so much going on I had let my insurance lapse. They were the only pharmacy in the area that could fill my prescription at a price that I could afford. They have never disappointed me!!!

Great pharmacy! Great people. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend time to answer questions regard medications. They also now carry CBD.

Great place to go, everyone is super nice.I originally went there when the large chain pharmacy didn't have my script in stock and wouldn't help Me at all (they wouldn't check with other local stores) . Then I went there after my large chain pharmacy wouldn't fill my scripts up two days early even though they had done it in the past (i was leaving for a long vacation, my doctor even wrote on the script to please fill early.) The pharmacist at the large chain was rude and could care less. I went to village and they had no problem at all, that's when I decided to switch all

We had to use this pharmacy as a sub for our routine pharmacy due to some timing issues. Village was able to get us our medication sooner but they weren't able to work out the insurance side of things. Instead we were told that insurance is hard to explain if we don't deal with it routinely. We have to deal with insurance quite often due to medical needs so this was a bad assumption. It seemed like they didn't like the insurance negotiated pricing to us. But hey that could be a bad assumption on our part.

All in all we got what we needed and paid what we had to for our family needs

These guys are the best. Dr faxed in script but wasn't available when I went to pick up. Beth is on the phone with Dr office trying to get it resolved...on an early Saturday morning. I've used them since opening and am always amazed at the level of service

I love being greeted by name and the pharmacist/owner, Art, is super nice and big about supporting local Wake Forest- a huge plus in my book!

The staff has actually called me when I have a rx that is being filled and lets me know if they have coupons or have found ways to save me money via my insurance, etc. I have NEVER had that happen at any other pharmacy before. Who knew that kind of service existed!?

Art and the staff at the Village Pharmacy are wonderful and super knowledgeable! They greet me by name, deal with all of my crazy questions about my prescriptions and offer me more than enough information when I have questions.

It is wonderful to have someone stop and talk to me, rather than feeling the insanity of being rushed through a Walmart or other mega pharmacy.

My dog is also on special supplements, and Art orders them for me when I need them.

Over all, a wonderful flash back to the days where your pharmacist really got to know you! You are not just another refill. They are here
