In our practice, we've set out to live our passions. Underlying everything we do is the concept of sustainability. It is present everywhere, from how we work with clients to help them discover new foods and ways of cooking that put them on a path to health. We focus on breaking free from diet culture and making peace with food.
We also specialize in IBS/gut health, food allergies/intolerance's, autoimmune diseases, Hashimoto's, infertility, cancer prevention/recovery, heart disease, diabetes and eating disorders. Our philosophy for improving your wellbeing focuses on practicing a health-centered perspective versus a diet mentality.

As I have become more personally involved in the local food movement over time, my counseling approach has evolved.
We offer employee wellness programs, training for health professionals, mentoring for nutrition students & dietitians and sustainable recipe development that will bring a new perspective on health. Wellness Programs: Our wellness programs include farmers' market & grocery store tours, intuitive eating workshops, nutrition presentations, and cooking classes.
