Active Stretching: In active stretching, there is no external force being provided. You are actively moving one muscle group to stretch another. Active stretches can be completed without a stretching partner or stretching accessories. If you are performing the stretch with no external force, it is an active stretch.

I highly recommend Dr. Nyguen! I am always nervous going to a new Chiropractor ( because honestly I have found more than a few bad ones. B.S. machine junk or double talk and upsell.)
Dr. Nyguen is fantastic.
The best I have ever been to ! Very professional and takes the time to listen and then explain how he wants to approach your pain !

Dr. Son Nguyen is gifted, brilliant, professional, personable, and he possesses inimitable insight pertaining to the human body - its anatomy and physiology. I went to see him for a severe case of plantar fasciatis that was affecting my mobility. He treated me and taught me how to avoid aggravating it. It was life-altering! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Nguyen is amazing! He helped my husband when he threw his back and was out of work for a month. His treatment was and perspective is like no other. We were very impressed with his approach to healing the body! So grateful for Dr's like him. His staff is incredible and very friendly! Highly recommend his services.

Dr. Nguyen is such a gifted Chiropractor!! I absolutely feel that I am under the most competent care. The entire staff is amazing...warm and welcoming (Ruth!). Dr. Thuy is also extremely gentle and knowledgeable- my 8 year old gets adjustments from her and just loves her! Great practice for the entire family.

Best chiropractor I've Ever been to! Dr. Son Nguyen was very polite, professional and took time to answer questions as well as explain the reasoning behind specific stretches, adjustments and therapy to help me recover from my back pain faster! He is there to help you get better so you see him less often. Unlike most other chiropractors who are creepy and just want to get you back in their office for as many appointments as they can.

First appointment with Dr. Nyguen and I have to say it was the best first doctor's appointment I've ever had. Great people skills, listens and learns about you, wants to help solve the problem instead of just adjusting! Karen was also very helpful and genuinely cares! Will refer and continue to see him!
