I won’t be able to remember all the ways I was helped. I received amazing help with unexpected but much needed patience since I really didn’t know what I was doing coming in. I wanted a steel panel cut and coated for my computer. I was helped to clean up my files for proper cutting. I received multiple cuts until the quality and fit was perfected. A brand new nozzle was used because I mentioned tight tolerances so he wanted to make sure the cut was as best as he could make it. I thought I’d have to do it myself but I was even offered to have my part bent into shape which came out way better
