I hired Paul to fix a slow leak and heating issue. He said he would replace the O ring and had all sizes available with him. He said the trip fee of $125 would cover this. He did NOT replace the ring. He said I needs an entire new pump. He said the heater needed to be replaced too. He said both were unavailable.
I had to follow up to get the diagnosis since he came to my home when I wasn't there. I called multiple times to see it about when and where we could find replacement parts.
I hired Cal Spas to come out. Within 15 minutes my hot tub was heating. The pump did NOT neect to be replaced.

Paul at Paul’s country pools and spa is the most genuine honest person that you could ever meet. He was extremely helpful in helping us get our pool to what we needed it to be. I run a dog boarding business. We had sand in the pool all the time and it was constantly dirty and needed cleaning daily. I found Paul on Google and he came out and completely changed our pool with just advice and telling us the proper equipment to have. Our pool is a night and day difference now and I would recommend Paul to anybody with a pool or needing to have a pool put in. He knows his stuff!
