Made appt for 4 wheeler to be serviced and valves checked. The appointment was for a Saturday. They said you can bring it in earliar in the week and we might be able to get it done. Dropped off on Tuesday and got a phone call the next day at 1130 telling me the 4 wheeler was all done and ready. Very fast reliable service with a great crew to match. Thank you!!

I purchased a new Polaris 570 ATV in late 2018. Unfortunately I was hurt in an accident which limited my ability to ride the machine for a year. I also somehow lost my title following my accident and the office ladies went to work and managed to get me another title through Polaris which took a lot of work. They were nothing but helpful. On calling for my free service checkup and oil change in June 2020 management immediately scheduled me in. They were courteous and helpful and I will gladly go back to them for a new purchase or service. Al Winters .

A few years ago I called ahead to see if they had a ramp to offload my motorcycle out of my truck, even though i wasnt a regular they were totally cool with letting me do so. Simple things like that go a long way and now we stop in every year we are back in Sheridan area and get our ORTV stickers or branded merchandise. This last trip i had my side by side regular service done before we went on our vacation to the big horns. Had a little issue with the regulator sticking and stopped in to make sure everything was ok to keep operating and thsy were very knowledgeable and helpful. If i didn't live

I had a very pleasant experience with the entire staff at Peak. Randy is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable on all Polaris models. Bryan in service went out of his way to get necessary repairs made to my General and get me back on the road when I had a warranty issue that disabled my machine.

I have an old Kawasaki Mule UTV. I was having trouble with it cutting out on me out of the blue. I went in and talked to Brian in service. We went over possible causes, he gave some suggestions and printed off some service tech pages for me as I wanted to try fixing it myself. One of the fixes worked and now it runs great. I also ordered a new fuel gauge assembly while i was here, which they ordered, and then they called me when it came in. Excellent service helping me diagnose and fix the problem.
