AEIR truthfully was a saving grace in a horrible situation. We had raw sewage back up into our home only a few months after buying it due to a county sewer line problem. We called another chain restoration business first and they had a rep come out... I was uneasy about them immediately. They couldn't ensure us that we wouldn't have to pay them thousands after all the work was said and done. We knew from reading our Insurance policy that they would not cover a penny but the restoration company wasn't able to guarantee us payment for the damage done. Thankfully a friend recommended all elements
