What started as a simple termites-in-a-fencepost grew, with professional inspection, into revealing (with photos and videos) just how bad our issues were. I do NOT feel it was done to up-sell us because A) looking under the house revealed trouble that even I could see, and B) much of it was HVAC stuff they wouldn’t get any money for. I started using Economy Exterminators over the summer to handle a roach problem that most houses on the beach experience in the warmer months. I filled out the online form to receive a quote and within five minutes I got a call from the sweetest lady who set me up with an appointment the very next day. Every time they have come out they have gone above and beyond to be thorough, quick and professional. Not only that but they are genuinely the nicest people. I just had a pest treatment done today from Economy Exterminators which was so incredibly thorough! The representative that was doing the treatment was very courteous as soon as he arrived and very obviously knew his job very well. From tall if the outside grounds to every single room on a very huge house - everything was covered. I have been using Economy now for 2 years since moving into a wonderful historic home and always so very happy with every aspect of the service I have received. Mickey was very professional and on time. I had a small window of time to work with and he made it happen for me. After his thorough treatment I haven't had any other issues. He was careful where he treated due to my cats. He gave me recommendations on how to keep the issue under control. We love economy exterminators, we called in the morning and they came out that same afternoon. We had multiple issues and they had solutions to our problems and helped us each step of the way. They were upfront about price and estimates and took the time to explain everything to both me and my husband! Matt was great, then Joel, as well as Judy and Mandy in the office.
