Terrible service. Never showed to pick us up, called back several times and they were keep telling us they were on the way. We missed our train and had to wait hours for the next one. Will be contacting the Mayor’s office over this, they should never be allowed to operate.

Taxi Albany has some of the most amazing drivers I have actually ever met. They are flexible, they get me to where I need to be on time and even make changes to accommodate my movement when I have to run extra errands. They have been number 1 go to and I guess it will remain that way. Thanks guys. It’s always a great ride with you.

Atrocious customer service - called with legtimate concerns- which were argued with me that the service was acceptable and was questioned as to why we tipped the driver if we were unhappy with the service (in a very agitated agrumentative tone)- tipping is a common courtesy and it was not the drivers fault that the company had its faults. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I rarely review anything but felt completely disrespected by the company's customer service- use a different service.
