In 2006, Mariah Davis (our Founder) started her insurance career with Farmers Insurance. In 2010 she broke away and formed Oakview Insurance Services, Inc. an independent insurance brokerage. In 2010 I decided I would never work for an insurance company again, I was going to work for my clients. Over time, I'd come to realize my clients were at a severe disadvantage.

This is the first time I did business with Oakview and Rachel. I changed insurance companies because the rates went sky high with the one I was doing business with only to get ridiculous answers on the premium increase (because renters do not take care of the property). Hello Property Owner takes care of that. Rachel was prompt with quotes and straight forward with everything. When my other inusrance needs come due Rachel will get my business. Oakview Insurance Services couldn't have done more to help me secure replacement fire insurance for my home. Last years Camp Fire caused insurance providers to remove coverage for many in Yuba and Butte counties.
