Tony did an excellent job with both selling our house and helping us to buy a new one! Tony sold our house in Chapel Hill quickly and at a very good price. So when we decided to buy again, we called on Tony. It was new construction but Tony was able to make the process understandable for us. Great job both times. *I* hope there is not a third time, but if there is, we will go straight to Tony.

Tony Hall is a great landlord. I rented a place from him in Chapel Hill and was impressed by both his professionalism, communication, and prompt service.
Whenever there was an issue--rare as they were--I knew that a maintenance request was going to be answered and fulfilled without fail.
Tony is also incredibly reasonable. I knew our relationship was based on mutual respect, wherein I paid him in a timely manner and took good care of his house while he made sure my stay in Chapel Hill was great.
I'd trust Tony any day, and if I ever get to come back to Chapel Hill, I'm skipping every other spot

Tony helped our family through the difficult effort of selling our late mother’s home.
