Struggled getting my brand new wheel axle out and the mechanics sorted it in 5 mins. Top people and a good cause. Will be back.

I took my 2 year old son in to see if any bikes were available. My son was so excited when they brought one out from round the back.... they had the bike serviced and ready within the day. The staff then fitted the bike to allow him to ride it straight away. We have had the bike for about 2 weeks now and its like a brand new bike and my son is on it nearly every day at the moment!

Best customer service we've ever experienced in any bike shop. The guys were very attentive and knowledgeable and really knew their stuff and took time to explain all aspects of the bike and accessories. Would absolutely recommend CamGlen BikeTown 100%. 👌

Outstanding, I came.in after trying to remove the lock nut on a leftie fork, after rounding off the edges with the wrong tool I was then given enough tools to tear out the old lock nut, managed to do it with (fingers crossed) no visible damage to hub. Now ordered a replacement part. Andy was a great help and super friendly.

Turned up here after viewing the disappointing selection at Halfords. The showroom was well organised and covid guidelines were being thoroughly followed. There was absolutely no pressure from any of the staff to buy anything, they were very accommodating and supremely friendly. Rode away on my new bike which I entirely adore. Could not recommend this place any more highly. Thank you for the fantastic service you offered.

Went along today to possibly get a few repairs done on a bike that was picked up at a car boot sale. Spoke to Paul who was very helpful and informative about what was needed for the repairs. After much thought and consideration I decided to donate the bike and upgrade to a brand new one instead. My choice no pressure from Paul who was very knowledgeable and friendly about what type of bike would suit me best. This place is a bike persons paradise with all types of bikes, accessories and equipment needed for cyclists. Would strongly recommend you go here first and never mind the Halfords and other

A great local resource. I needed a full service on bike as I had done a lot of miles. The staff very knowledgeable. Andy talked me through what needed done and why, he also gave me a rough idea of things to watch out for and that may eventually would need done. I really appreciated the tips on simple things I could do to maintain the bike. The cost of service was very reasonable and definitely bang for your buck.
First trip out on bike after service was like riding a new bike. Excellent.

Great friendly people and service. Dropped off my bike Saturday before close and it was done Tuesday with a performance tune up. All cleaned up and new lubrication and grease on all the fittings. Can't wait to take it on a long ride now. Would highly recommend for buying a bike or servicing one!

I was in Bike Town for one purpose: to get a bike rack mounted on my cheap kid's bike. I'm an old-timer, but I'm short so the only bike I could find that I could ride was a kid's bike. When I asked the owner about mounting the rack and then mounting a basket for my dogs, I told him why I had to buy a child's bike in the first place; a bike that didn't have a way to mount the rack, but that would allow my feet to touch the ground so I didn't do some comedic old-person fall while cruising around the state park. Jim (owner) is great to work with. Got me setup with my first road bike. Let me take all the time I needed and answered any questions I could come up with. Fitted the bike for me while watching me ride it and included free tune ups for the first year. Awesome bike shop!
