I ordered flowers for my cousin for her birthday.
I specified in the order for delivery to be before 3pm to her job; Unfortunately, I found out she had gone home earlier than I thought and so she was not there in the afternoon. I called and explained the situation. The gentleman on the phone noted the flowers were about to be delivered right then, but was so pleasant and went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He didn’t hesitate to say they would deliver them to a new address so they wouldn’t be spoiled. My cousin got her flowers to her home today, and absolutely loved them. I will

I was very pleased with Blue Creek Florist and would use them again. I was unable to make a trip to FL and wanted to ensure my spouse and mother in-law received exceptional bouquets and a fruit basket. I was also very particular with what I wanted and the florist himself indicated he would take care of everything. I must say everything was top notch. I cannot recall ever being so eager to give a review for a business. During a very busy time for florists, I had a last minute need for a Christmas arrangement to be delivered to a dear friend who had planned to be with us, but could not. I don't remember ever being so impressed by the care and concern I experienced from Terry and his wife while placing my order. I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys quality service and fresh lovely flower arrangements.

My work family sent me this beautiful peace lily for the passing of my aunt. It is absolutely beautiful and so large. Not a blemish in sight, they really know their business. My boss told me that they "could not have been nicer or easier to deal with." I once kept a plastic orchid alive for 2 months, I'm hoping to do as well with this. Thank you!!

I spoke with my mother's care facility, since we are living in the covid arena, and asked if she could receive flowers for her birthday, and their response was yes. I looked on the website and they deliver to the area I needed them sent. I placed my order, got my confirmation, and then several hours later received an email saying my order was cancelled due to the fact they didn't have the items in stock. I am in CA and ordered a very special arrangement without being able to see it.
Never have I seen a florist to rival Blue Creek, and I wish very much they were here. The arrangement was breathtaking, but more to the point, their courtesy, customer service and communication are incomparable.
I could not recommend them more highly.

Last minute order on a Sunday heading to Shands in Gainesville. Ordered online. They called immediately to let us know, they were out of the flowers shown online. I said that's fine if they used other flowers. I only requested it be made to look cheerful. I picked it up. The gentleman who helped us was super nice. Even made a holder for the vase so it doesn't shift around in the car. Even walked it to our car and put it in the car. It's the care they put in that made me write a review. I wish them all the best. I'm very grateful.
