They came to the house to take measurements. I gave them a sample shelf and agreed to pay them $150 for them to work up a quote. They called to give me the initial and I asked them to provide the full write up so that I could float it with my partner. After two follow up emails and a phone call it was apparent they had no intention of providing a quote. So, essentially they took my money and cabinet shelf and I was stuck wondering how I let myself get bamboozled by a cabinet company. I can't speak to their work but I know their pre sales activities need some major improvement.
