Amazing patience and styling by Kate. Excellent customer service. Yes the extension and accessories are expensive but the quality is what matters. You get what you pay for. Kate was not high pressure. She was delightful and patient. We walked away very happy with extensions for fuller hair. We tried on so many pieces but settled on the 4 for more volume. We will be back.
