I first saw their sign in Hampton Cove which led me to call Randy when we were in the process of getting quotes for our back porch. Randy was extremely helpful during that first phone call! I told him the (very vague) idea of what I was looking for and he was able to tell me right off the bat what options we had through their company and gave me a rough estimate of what those options would cost. He also went out of his way to see if they could order custom French doors and provided a firm quote for these as well as the other 2 options. Our materials arrived 2 days before we were scheduled to start

I recently had a screened porch installed and was quite satisfied with the service and final product. I have had several people stop and asked who did the work. Randy and his installer were very prompt and professional. I actually did request other estimates and prices were all very similar. This company scheduled a date and time to give us a estimate. They never came nor did they call and cancel. This is very rude and disrespectful to people. I can only imagine how your company workmanship must be.
