Services
We started Dance Shoes of Tennessee in 2004 after an extensive search for dance shoes for Patsy! She found shoes that were a fit, comfortable, and quality. She decided we needed to start a dance shoe business. Our primary goal initially and still is to provide quality and comfortable dance shoes that fit the dancer correctly.
Shipping: All merchandise is shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail @ $12.50 per box of shoes. 2nd pair of shoes additional $5.00. All orders will be processed the next day and they should arrive in two business days. Returns and Exchanges: New, unworn shoes (no scuffs or scratches on bottoms, or soil of any kind) may be returned for exchange or credit within 15 days of purchase and in the original box.

I was very disappointed with ballroom dancing and line dancing. I only worn these for 4 hours and of course since worn John was unable too allow me to exchange them. I took them to my foot specialist Dr she said they didn’t have good cushioning in them. It’s been 2 months I’ve had plantar fasciitis and shin splints which my Dr said was from the boots. I do not recommend these at all if your on the dance floor a lot. So $175.00 down the drain. Not a happy customer with John and Patsey.

BAD BUSINESS WARNING!
Avoid this illegitimate business.. The order was Placed on May 25th - I heard nothing for weeks. When I checked back in June 25th they still had not started the order (lost in their system). When they finally arrived (over a month LATER) - two RIGHT shoes were delivered, with damage to the top cuff of one.
"accidents happen, I'm sure we can get this figured out over the phone." I thought as I called, but upon finally getting one of their agents on the phone, was promptly hung up on.
During the subsequent conversation I was told, "I'm sure you're not perfect either" by their

In 5 years I’ve bought 6 pairs from them. My first pair were Ballroom shoes. Then I started West Coast (seriously) and I went straight to John and Patsy for my first pair. My last purchase was for my first love, country. My boots are like wearing a glove on my feet.
