We were challenging customers - I called, but my wife was at the house, and we didn't know the make and model, but Driscoll's was polite and professional. He came on time and fixed our dishwasher for a reasonable price. We kept his number and will surely call again. NOTE - he did not take credit cards. This was not a problem for us, but may be for you.
