DO NOT WORK HERE. This company is the most unethical and immoral company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They do not enforce any of their policies, not even when it comes to workplace violence or discrimination. They’ll just send you home until you can’t afford to work there anymore. The amount of issues you have on job sites due to poor upper management is unheard of (had to change every single frame or cut frames down to try and make them fit at several job sites) they do not care about their employees or keeping an ethical workplace environment. You will be cussed out belittled

This company took money from elderly, disabled vets and refused to do agreed upon services.
(1) Southern Glass & Mirror representative came to my home (on or around July 12, 2019) took measurements to replace a window. They provided a written estimate dated 7-17-19. We were told that work would be done 3 or 4 weeks later (which was the time frame for the window order).
(2) They did not come back until September 16, 2019. However, they could NOT install the window because it did NOT fit. They ordered the wrong size window. The window measurements according to 'their estimate' was "32 x 75
