Poor follow through and customer service. I contacted CMW approx 4 months ago to provide a glass shower enclosure. They came out, measured, figured a quote and asked for 1/2 up front. I gave them 1/2 up front (big mistake). They originally told me 3 weeks. After a month and no contact, I called them. They told me the glass was on backorder. That could happen so I waited. After another month and no contact I called them again. The glass was supposed to be there any day. So again I waited. After a week or so with no contact, I called them again. This time the glass had arrived but a piece was broken
