United Community Health Center (UCHC) was formed in 1984 as an offspring of Rural Health Office, College of Medicine at the University of Arizona. UCHC separated from the University in 1986. The UCHC parent organization began with the Continental Clinic (now Continental Family Medical Center), the Arivaca Clinic and the Three Points Clinic.
United Community Health Center (UCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is a medical home that provides primary and preventive health care to the population of southern Arizona and is open to all regardless of their ability to pay.
Currently, there are eleven community health centers under the umbrella of UCHC, collectively providing care to more than 14,132 patients and filling the critical gaps in health care serving the working poor, the uninsured, the medically underserved and many high-risk and vulnerable populations.We deliver quality care that is accessible, comprehensive, innovative, compassionate and culturally sensitive in an atmosphere of trust and respect.

Dr Reinhart and the team at the Freeport location are fantastic. They were very welcoming, very efficient ,and made me feel very at ease .Dr Reinhart was very attendive to my needs ,he is very detailed,he reiterated a plan of action which it's exactly what was needed and helped me feel 100% after leaving. His assistant was great. The front desk was very professional. Overall I would definitely recommend anybody to this location looking for a primary care physician .overall a ten out of ten .thank you everyone..much appreciated!.

My experiences with United Community Health Care have always been positive. Everyone there at the south Campbell location in Green Valley. are hard working bunch! My visits are carried out very efficiently.Shanae Murphy PA is awesome. So is Luis Lozano PA-C and all the other NP’s that have attended me. I always get my questions answered. They are thorough and they all make me feel like part of the family.

Our doctor here is superb. The downfall is trying to contact him. Staff does not follow through with communications to him. We have experienced this several times. The only reason we continue going here is be cause Dr Jimenez Is such a wonderful doctor.
MORE RECENT UPDATE: My previous comments remain unchanged. Recently a family member became ill. I called this office to try scheduling an appointment. I had to leave a voice mail, but the call was never returned (yes, I clearly left phone number and date of birth for patient). I went into the office the following day to try to schedule something

When I moved out to this relatively remote area three years ago, I fully expected that I'd always be taking long drives into the city for healthcare visits. Lo and behold, there turns out to be a clinic just a few minutes away from my home. But could it be any good?? YES, it is!
Angela, Tammy, the technicians, and the entire staff at the Three Points Clinic are outstanding. They are as friendly, caring, and professional as I've ever experienced. I couldn't be happier with the healthcare services I've received and the convenience is exceptional. Highly recommended!

My son was recently seen with Dr. Sosa and it was the most horrible experience for my little. The way my son was treated with his attitude and the way he treated the employees well over hearing was not acceptable my son was terrified to even come back he was very rude please continue treatment or do the exams with Dr. Elizabeth Katz I hear she is amazing! Please make her the Dental Director. Never come here for dental work unless with its Dr. Elizabeth Katz

On February 5, 2019, my fiancee, Stacy Brown, had a VNS device implanted in her chest wall at
UMC-Banner in Tucson, Arizona. She had a neurologist appt in Tucson, Az., on February 6, 2019. The night of the 6th, she became very ill with a cough, sore throat, fever, and watery diarrhea. She spent the next few days in bed and started taking Immodium. The cough persisted, as did the sore throat and fever throughout the weekend.
On Monday, February, 11, 2019, she started calling the Clinic to see if she could get into to see our primary doctor, Rodolfo Jimenez. She was unable to reach anyone, and

This is the worse run clinic I have ever attended and I am almost 80.
They hardly ever answer the phone but when you go in they are visiting with there co workers.
When you leave an message.
They may or may not get back to you.
It sometimes takes weeks to get a referral.
The pharmacy has to email requests twice.
There does not seem to be an office manager on site.
They just do not seem to understand that we are there customers.
For some time they had girls at the desk who never made eye contact and we're just rude.
The male desk workers are very polite.
