John Houston has been selling real estate for over 30 years. He started his career in San Francisco and specialized in representing buyers and sellers from all walks of life. He discovered his passion for creating quality homes while still selling real estate in 2004 and began remodeling homes for profit (Flipping).
A good friend who had worked with John in purchasing his mid century home in Palm Springs referred us to him. We initially spoke on the phone and I gave him our wants and needs for our new home. I gave him the budget for the new property. After our phone call, that same afternoon, I received several listings to review.

I was a first time home buyer which pretty much tells you how much experience I had with the whole home buying process. John was beyond excellent. If I have to go through this process again, I will not hesitate to pick him every time. From the beginning, he was available whenever I wanted to see a place. He offered opinions but was never pushy. He made calls on my behalf that he frankly did not need to do and most importantly, was available at all times even when I had not made up my mind to actually purchase a property. I was blessed enough to stumble upon John, who helped buy my first home! The first place he suggested was a hidden mid century gem and our offer was accepted within 3 days of viewing our first property together. We wouldn't have our vacation get-a-way if it wasn't for John! He was instrumental in finding us exactly what we needed for our family. John went above and beyond in his search for our perfect home. John went to several properties and faceted us and sent videos. It wasn't too much because he knew what we needed and sifted though the weeds to find a house with all we required.
