We have the ability to perform emergency septic tank, grease trap, and sewage ejector tank pumping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Our team understands that septic tank and plumbing problems may occur at any hour. If a septic tank is properly maintained, it may only require pumping services every three to five years; however, if numerous people use a septic tank system, it may require frequent pumping services.

The person arrived one hour earlier and I found that the outlet pipe was broken when I arrived and it was still OK 5 years ago. He used a long stick that no previous ones have ever used before for pumping.
The person did ask me: "Did you call two months ago and did not show up?". I told him that I called to check the price just two weeks ago and did not schedule. I wonder it was some kind of revenge or not that the outlet pipe get broken. It will cost me thousands of dollars to repair that. I do not think I will ever call this company again for their service.

They are dishonest. They give me a code on the phone but when they did the job the charged me more.
They charge as much as they can to scrow customer.
I called the manager to dispute my bill. She was Rude and she told me with a bad attitude if you don't pay the bill I will send the it to collection department.

My rv black water tank had been clogged for over a week. ( I know, I know now to rinse when I dump) I called on Tuesday and Wednesday morning they were in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable workers. If I ever have a issue like this I would definitely call this company. Great group of people. I am very pleased.

I have been working with A-1 septic for years pumping out our grease traps for our Veteran's hospital facilities @ LIvermore and Menlo Park.,
But it wasn't until recently that we've had some issues that required a true emergency response.
Not only was A1 the first place I thought of calling, they were more than glad to come out and help in a very short period of time with outstanding results.
I recommend them to everyone I know in need of their services.

Yikes, I had a sticky situation with our sewage extractor pump and asked my plumber who he'd recommend for tank services. He suggested A-1. I called immediately, spoke to Julian, and he promised to help me out. The truck showed up fast, took care of the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Their service guy, Voung, was exceptionally knowledgeable, quick, competent and polite.
The results of A-1 Tank Services was critical to avoid an embarrassing disaster with our neighbors.

We had them over for a service today.. the guy broke our irrigation pipe when probing to locate our tank location. We called the office serveal times. They are not willing to take any responsibility of their miss and kept saying their manager is on vacation. Very unprofessional!

Got my residential septic tank pumped today. They came in a little before time slot given to me earlier. The driver was very caring and polite. He didn't want to harm my overhanging tree branches with his truck. After the job they hosed down any trickles. The driver got a few scratches from the surrounding rose bushes but he refused any band aid help. I am impressed. A big thank you.

These guys are terrible and excessively unprofessional! They were supposed to pump a tank for me and ended up spilling sewage all over the property! I called numerous times and spoke to some super rude lady (Shelly or Sarah) but they never came back to make it right. I ended up having another company come clean up their mess!
They also don't care at all about the environment or the community. I saw them on the news (I think KTVU, you can google it) dumping sewage directly into storm drains that connect to the ocean! Right in my parents neighborhood in Castro Valley!

My family has been using this company for many years. We're the bocci's and I put this so they know who exactly this is. My grandma is 88 years old and this company took advantage of her basically looking to get as much money out of this job as possible. When explaining the issue they didn't ask the proper questions and just told us we needed a brand new septic tank. Sure that's the easy route right? Just tell customers they need everything brand new. Rightttt. Once they over quoted us we called for 3 more bids from other companies. Smart move on us! We ended up calling WH Dempsey

I originally came here for my business grease trap and had a great experience getting it cleaned out and sorted.
However 6month rolled by there suppose to come here again to get this grease tank cleaned again. The service is no longer there. We schedule for 9am, my business doesn't open till 11am I had to sit in traffic during rush hour for over an hour to get there 3hrs before I normally would with no traffic to make this appointment. I didn't mind I needed anyways, 850am get a call sorry we won't make it to the 9-11am schedule can we come later, fine. 2pm nothing 4pm I had to
