Services
We will perform sewing on a contract basis if it is on materials we are familiar with. We are not a residential upholstery shop and try to stick with materials that are heavier and more difficult to sew. We will do vinyl commercial upholstery. Our machines are setup to run medium to heavy materials.
We have engineered the ultimate Krav Maga tombstone pad. We have studied the failure points of others on the market and came up with a design that will hold up like no other. Multi angled striking surface for multiple punch and kick combinations. Tombstones (otherwise known as punching shields) are the medium hand-held size bags that are perfect for practicing strikes, including elbows and kicks.
All reinforcement is built into the bottom of the trampoline so the top surface is free of clutter and catch points. Thread used is UV bonded V138 polyester; this is a strong heavy thread made for outdoor applications. Grommet edges are reinforced with strips of 4 wide 18 oz black vinyl (Truck tarp material) to spread the load across the entire fabric.
Atomic Tarp LLC provides sewing services mainly in the creation of high quality, heavy duty coverings. Our concentration is in heavy fabrics such as vinyl coated polyester, nylon, polypropylene and Cordura (coated nylon). Based out of Hutchinson, MN, our intent is to stay on top of the latest in the industry's fabrics and construction requirements.
