I am a proud graduate of both the University of Oregon, where I received my undergraduate degree in Journalism, and of Gonzaga University School of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctorate degree. I have been practicing criminal defense law, worker's compensation law, and personal injury law for just over two decades now and have represented people on every imaginable charge.
Personal Injury claims come in many shapes and sizes: a slip and fall from a hazardous condition in a supermarket, an auto accident, a negligent or accidental shooting, or simply from a hazardous condition of a property that cause harm to a person through no fault of their own. They can arise from working conditions that are grossly negligent acts of a care provider.

I called Byron Bergeron on 2 cases my son has going on in Reno. Unfortunately Mr. Bergeron doesn't handle cases that my son has BUT he went out of his way to help me with questions I had and guided me the right direction.
