We also offer direct deposit for those who wish to take advantage of the service, making sure it goes directly into bank accounts on the assigned pay date.

Thomas Bobik started DTB Payroll out of his basement and, over time, saved enough money to purchase a dilapidated house in Latrobe, PA. He renovated the house into what is now our office, and because of the extreme transformation, won the Latrobe Area Chamber of Commerce Award LACCY. The LACCY Award is given to those who in some way contribute to the improvement of the neighborhood.
DBT Payroll's staff offers expertise and knowledge when it comes to assisting our clients with their worker's compensation audits. Most worker's compensation policies are subject to an audit. The entire team at Down to Basics Payroll is absolutely amazing! They are helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and so patient when you have no idea how you just messed up they walk you through and help you find a way to a solution. They are a one stop shop for us from Payroll to Accounting! I highly recommend this company! Thank you Nikki, Yvonne and Tom for all that you do for us!

Wow comes to mind! Can I give them 10 stars? Tom came to our business location to get to know us and our business first-hand. He was extremely easy to talk with, knowledgeable, patient and listened to our concerns.
He has always been there for us when we have a payroll question. His prices are very reasonable. The staff he has working in Down To Basics Payroll are professional, helpful and respond to emails quickly.
