Don Corleone is the alias identity of a former disgruntled employee who was fired 3 weeks ago due to her poor job performance. Since her termination she has harassed several staff members at our agency. Due to her constant harassment and irate behavior we informed her that she is no longer welcomed at agency and should cease all contact with us.
Because she is no longer able to get in contact with us she has decided to post malicious content under the disguise of a review. We are currently in process of taking legal actions because defamation and cyber bullying is never tolerated.

I do not know how this company is still in business, they are by far the most unorganized and unprofessional health care agency that I have encountered in caring for my elderly grandmother.
Time after time their staff members would show up thirty or more minutes late, not properly dressed as a home health aide should, most of the time they would be on their phones or not giving my grandmother the proper attention, they would not follow the specific instructions that were outlined for the care of my grandmother, and the list goes on.
