So the people here are nice and always prompt, doctors and np that worked with my foot issues were great and to the point ( which I love)
However, the unsung hero of this place is someone that you will probably never meet in person.
Brittany in medical records has been a lifesaver and the reason I will continue to come back here.
We all know how hard it can be dealing with the state and your works short term leave department. But we have to do these thing or we won’t get paid while out of work.

About a year ago I was in this office and the Dr seen me for 3 minutes said I didn't need an mri and had frozen shoulder and he couldn't do anything for me. Went to another orthopedic surgeon for 2nd review and they ordered mri of shoulder and with some degenerative issues in my shoulder realized that my pain was stemming from my neck. So referred me to a neurologist and had mri of my neck and 2 weeks ago had an ACDF procedure on my c5/c6 and c6/c7 that was pressing against my spinal cord. I would not recommend this place at all and so glad I went to get a 2nd opinion. Would not recommend this

Just had ankle surgery from Dr. MCLEOD!! So far so good. Still temporarily paralyzed from procedure so no pain as of yet! I did my research on Dr. MCLEOD and heard and read nothing but great things so I chose to come to him. He is awesome so far. Highly recommend 👌

Recently had my knee replaced and the whole experience was very good all the way through. We had some unforseen glitches (not the fault of LOA) which they helped me fix and still got me in for surgery the same day. My progress on my knee has been so much better than the experiences of several friends. I highly recommend. I also have always been taken in on time and have never experienced any rudeness on the phone or in person - everyone has been helpful and professional and kind!

Had shoulder problems for over 5 years now from straining my muscle. So they do an Xray. Not sure why they didn't do a ultrasound as well. Nothing came up in the Xrays so she had me lift my arms up asked me if it hurt. Gave me a list of stretches and sent me on my way. I was only in there for 15 mins. I did the stretches for two weeks now guess what didn't help!

Dr. Lauder is great. I have seen him many times for my left wrist (two surgery's and five procedures), many injections, surgery on my left elbow. and a broken right wrist. Always came out better than when I went in. I have had three surgeries in the Surgical Center. Staff was awesome and helpful. Saved a ton of money VS other options in town. Great Doctors and staff. Humpty Dumpty keeps falling off the wall and Dr. Lauder keeps putting me back together again! Thanks Doc.

Saw another doctor for several years regarding a problem with my knee. I transferred to Dr Kretzler and had my first appointment on August 2, 2018 and had surgery on August 28. I've lost 20 lbs since then because for the first time I several years I can walk pain free. Would highly recommend Dr Kretzler for any knee issues. I also see Dr Lauder for a problem with my thumb and high;y recommend him for any hand issues.

Plan on spending at least $100 for paperwork. They charge $10 for every single form. When you have to have them fill out forms for FMLA, HR, and the insurance company at $10 a pop it adds up quickly. We are up to $90 for paperwork for my husband's surgery and still have at least 2 more forms to go. Even with that charge it either takes them a long time to complete the paperwork or they do it incorrectly. They only one they filled out quickly was a fit to return to work form that they filled out before my husband had his surgery. Getting any kind of paperwork done is an expensive headache. Before
