Our Private road was in a terrible state with a washout at the bottom of the hill. I realized that It needed to be addressed or by next fall we would not have a drivable road due to the heavy rain we get. Coordinating this with six homeowners, getting a price that would work for everyone seemed like a huge task to take on. (Roadspaving made it easier)

Norman and his guys did a fantastic job! They showed up early, completed the job in a timely matter, and followed what they quoted and then some. Construction engineer feedback: Roads had the lowest quote (for a 2,500 sf asphalt driveway including an added trench drain and some sub grade remodeling to help on drainage) of 4 quotes that I got and the finished product is excellent quality. I am a construction engineer so I am acutely aware of construction quality and standards. The work was scheduled and done on the days I was scheduled. They demoed our driveway, regraded, and compacted the grade on day 1. Day 2 they paved. Very pleased with the finished product. 10/10 recommend.

Roads paving team did an excellent job on my driveway . The driveway looks beautiful , like a runway now . They educated me about the process , challenges (underground roots) , did not hesitate to reschedule and come back on a later date to finish the job as the third party stump grinder took longer to remove all the roots . All the workers were professional and genuinely cared about the quality of the job . Norman followed up a day later to ensure we were happy with their work . We had Roads come and do our 3000 sf asphalt driveway, demo existing and replace. I got 4 quotes and they were the cheapest and I also got the best "feel" from them, so I was pleased they had the cheapest quote (in line with other quotes). The workmanship was great and they demoed and replaced it in one day. I'm very pleased with the results and have recommended them to friends and neighbors who have stopped by who think our paving job looks great. Very easy to work with. We hired Roads Paving to replace our aging, 1200 square foot asphalt driveway. Their bid was lower than a competitor. The driveway is tightly compacted, smooth, and looks great. The work only took around 4 hours from start to finish, including removing the existing asphalt and sub-base. Norm, his crew, and office staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.

Rating 5 Stars Roads Paving completed a small residential paving job for us. They provided a complete bid and scheduled the work in a timely manner. Upon arriving, the staff was prepared with equipment and supplies. The paving staff is knowledgeable and efficient in completing the job. We gave them five star rating but there was a problem with appropriate grading for proper draining. Roads was extremely responsive in responding to and fixing the problem. I'm very happy with the work that Roads Paving just did on my driveway. They tore out the old pad and prepped the side driveway tying into existing drain. From estimate to completion they are professional and competitive. They crew operated efficiently and like clock work knocking this out in a few hours. Roads Paving did a fantastic large residential paving job for me in Sammamish, WA late last year. A complete removal of a 30+ year asphalt driveway and replacement done beautifully. Norm was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and supervised this large residential driveway paving job very efficiently. As a 30 year Aerospace Engineer, I did my research BEFORE having my driveway paved. I plan to put my house for sale soon, so I read the reviews and solicited at least fifteen bids from various paving companies.
