Small Business Maintenance Solutions was started by me, to offer handyman services to families, and professional maintenance services to small businesses, churches and organizations. I am a life long resident of Stanly County where I continue to live with my family, and look forward to providing quality maintenance services for people here and the surrounding area.
I have spent over 30 years in the construction and maintenance fields, running my own cabinet, woodworking, and remodeling company for many of those years. I have worked as a maintenance man for a 23 store convenience store chain, where I performed maintenance duties on the entire stores as well as maintaining several car washes and in store delis.

We can handle almost all of your handy man needs from hanging pictures to hanging cabinets, from leaking faucets to changing hard to reach light bulbs. We know your home is important to you and you like to take care of it, we also know your time is important and you don't really want to spend your free time doing projects around the house, especially if you don't have all the tools you need or don't feel comfortable doing the work required.
How many maintenance men does it take to change a light bulb, fix a leak, change a filter and repair a broke door lock?. Our business model is to provide monthly routine maintenance for your facility, with the added bonus of taking care of your list of maintenance request on the same visit. It's the old saying that I have heard numerous times "while you're here" being put into action.

Mark did a great job of remodeling a previous Dairy Milking building that had fallen into disrepair. He was able to keep the charm of the old building while making it secure and weather proof. He replaced doors, windows and gable ends and replaced rotten wood where needed. I would highly recommend Mark for any project.

I have used Small Business Maintenance Solutions on 2 occasions and have been extremely satisfied both times. A absolute fabulous job installing chair rail in my living room and kitchen.
