I'm not from the area so I called this company. I gave him the address but I had the wrong hotel name because they recently changed names. The taxi driver said he was outside but I didn't see him. I called him back and said where are you. He was at a different hotel. I told him I gave him the right address but the wrong name! OMG this taxi driver was so very rude! I called his supervisor to report his driver and he was also very rude! I don't recommend this company!

I called because I needed to go somewhere but didn't have my credit card to call uber. The man was SOOOO RUDE TO ME I hung up within in the first 30 secs! I won't pay for horrible customer service!!

Should have times they are available unless people will keep calling to get threw if stranded! Guy was very rude thats why its apps out there like uber and lyft for jackasses like that
