Dr. Steven J. Shapiro, Managing Partner and Principal Expert, is Professor of Finance and Director of the Risk Management Center at New York Institute of Technology. Previously, Dr. Shapiro was Professor of Economics and Finance, Chair of the Department of Economics and Finance and Director of the Center for Risk Management at the University of New Haven.

We conducted financial valuations of closely held firms that required recapitalization and were merger and acquisition candidates. A public accounting firm retained us to value stock warrants issued to officers and major shareholders of a publicly traded company.

By utilizing state-of-the-art forecasting techniques, we are able to provide our clients invaluable information. We completed a technical audit of the methodologies that were used by a local telephone company to forecast revenues and demand for service.
