Biztrackr simplifies paperwork and business tracking for financial advisors. Track everything about business and service items that go through your office - from paperwork requests to paid commissions. The dashboard lists all of your most recent business and service items. The business items flow through three main groups: paperwork requests, business tracking, and commissions.

New or updated items are highlighted, and all items show how long they have been pending. Track non-business services like client name changes, address changes, etc. Service items keep track of the client, service, optional account, and optional amount so nothing slips through the cracks. Reports are designed to be useful on screen or on paper.

I have been reluctant to leave feedback, however I am morally obligated to warn consumuers. In April 2018, we installed 2 POS Systems with printers and scales. Biztracker installed them in the most unorganized manner possible. I should have caught the red flags when they tried sneaking in the cheapest printers, when I purchased the top end printers.
Being a small business owner myself, I don't want to jump to conclusions & leave public feedback about how negative my experience was and still is. Here are some areas of concern that I feel I must share with consumers so they can make an educated

Hidden fees for monthly service. Won’t come out and service machines when they break. Would not recommend.
