I was referred to George B on the sales side and he was absolutely fantastic. Robert took care of me on the financial side and he was also amazing. These guys are great! Felt no pressure in making any decisions. Great dealership!

Took over two hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for, then told me to wait for my car while they washed it - that took over a half hour while I waited outside. They also have different rules for when they'll do an oil change that is covered (1 year or 10,000 miles)vs. what they recommend (every 5,000 miles) - not the way I would do business.

The service itself is fine but I repeatedly had issues with quoting and overcharging. Since I had it before, I confirmed the price from BMW site ahead of time in writing before making an appointment. Yet, when u came in the advisor tried to add $500 in labor. When I refused the service at that level , he talked to the manager and the price reverted to what was quoted. He also suggested to change diesel filter and quoted $600. I refused and called the BMW Service and Dealer in the same county 10 miles away - $329.
That was not all. When I came to pick up my car the price was slightly higher on

Brian was excellent. He kept me informed on the progress of the service. The service technician was also terrific! He sent me a video of what had been done..I was having a problem with the remote start. He showed me how he reset it, and how I can reset it if the problem should reoccur. Overall I am well pleased with my service appointment!!

We had multiple situations with "price errors" in two years: a recommendation to change a part that they changed 2 months ago; one price quoted on the site and another given at checkout (and corrected after an argument), etc. my husband already switched to another center. I decided to give them one more try and preconfirmed BMW web price in written before making an appointment. Then they tried to claim it did not include labor and try to slap a $500 on top. When I refused and said I would change the brake pads elsewhere then the labor surcharge immediately disappeared. Be very careful

This BMW service visit was very frustrating.
1. Tried calling Multiple times for status with no answer. At lease 6 times...in one day
2. Some of the employees (Reception) were Unprofessional
3. Shortage of personal
4. Upon completion, I was told everything was fine. Arrived home
and problems with side mirrors. would not close when locking car
5.Only positive was my Service Advisor...Anna. She is excellent!

Was looking to buy a BMW. Emailed and was given a price of MSRP. I was told that if I ordered a vehicle that "we would have more flexibility". So I took the time to create a build code and sent it to them. Was given a price if full MSRP. Sales person said that this was a good deal because many dealers are charging over MSRP. I have talked to four dealerships and not one is charging over MSRP. I would never trust this place. Gives car sales people a bad name.

Just arrived home after a great buying experience with Jesus and the rest of the team at BMW Ramsey. Everyone was extremely friendly, the facility was great, and the process was straightforward without a lot of the uncomfortable pressure you can get at some dealerships. Highly recommended to anyone in the area!

I ordered a new vehicle a month ago with a promise that the order will go as soon as possible and I should see my vehicle delivered in around 6 weeks. I signed the paper, they ran a credit check on me, and I never heard back. I called two weeks later to ask for a production number for my order (it's a tracking system by BMW for new orders), and the salesperson told me my order is still in the "order dock", thus no production number. You get this number as soon as the order goes into production, and any good salesperson will notify his/her customer the moment the number is generated

Do not waste time in their used car department. The salesperson Matt would promise you everything but never gets your vehicle delivered. You'll finally waste your time for 1-2 months with nothing. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Sorry to say my review is being updated because the sales person Matt was not completely honest with me. I was initially impressed with the service I received from Ramsey BMW. So impressed I recommended them to a friend who bought a car as well from them.
I was promised a 5 year inspection sticker and when I went in to pick it up with my license plates, they refused to give it to me.
It may sound silly but it's the principle of a promise not kept. What else will they promise you and won't keep their word. This is BMW we are talking about. How much would it really cost them to give me

Their service center is an absolute nightmare. Getting the car was easy and Tim Gallagher was awesome. The ugly: everything thereafter. Their roadside assistance program is non-existent. You could die of hypothermia as it took 14 hours from time of problem to come. I waited outside for 2 hours in the morning over the winter. This is an experience no one should have to endure. Imagine leasing a brand new car and the same problems happen over and over again, but the service department is so overwhelmed they claim I shouldn't even show up if someone cancels. I called bmw corporate over the problem

I had a lease deal lined up through my broker with sales manager Pedro Andrade for a new X3. At the last minute, they said that the General Manager overrode and cancelled the deal unless I paid an extra $1,000 on top of our agreed upon price. My family and I lease new vehicles every 2-3 years. Highly unfortunate that this dealership is willing to ruin a potential long-term business relationship by pulling a bait-and-switch over $1,000.

Adding this business to my list of places where I will never spend a dime as long as I live and suggest you do the same unless you don't value your time

PEOPLE DON'T FORGET!

You only have one life dont waste it with memories of this dealership where happiness goes to die.

They will literally say anything to stop you from calling BMW of North America America and making formal complaint.
Especially Anthony, he will literally say anything, despicable.
Don't make the mistake I did 100% file a formal complaint.

When I was 11 my cat died of cancer.
I always figured it would be the most painful memory in my life.
Wrong!!!
