In addition to his role at Empire Asphalt, Rodney has helped to shape the future of the North Bay's construction industry working in leadership roles for several of the region's high profile construction associations, including North Coast Builders Exchange (NCBE)and Northern California Engineering Contractors Association (NCECA).He is a long time board member and past president of both organizations.
