Bradford and his staff were so good with my boys! He explained everything to them and showed them everything he was about to do so they wouldn't be nervous. He made them laugh and most importantly he made them feel comfortable. He and his staff are great! Dr Jones, Dr Bradford & the staff are awesome.
All are very polite & professional. Great atmosphere as well. My daughter was & is so terrified for dental appointments to this day, but every time we go they put her at ease again. We have never had any problems there with anything whether it was services performed, billing or anything. I would recommend to everyone young & old alike.

Our mission at Scottsboro Family and General Dentistry is to strive to take care of our patients as if they were our own family. We are not here to pressure you into outrageously priced treatment plans; we are here to do whats absolutely best for your specific-dental needs and you as an individual patient.
Unlike other dental offices, we take care of patients ranging from 1 year of age all the way to 99 years of age. While our Doctors at Scottsboro Family and General Dentistry are in fact not pediatric dentists, we do feel comfortable and competent treating children of all ages. At our office, there are not many dental procedures we do not provide; we're knowledgable and skilled in preventative dentistry, general dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry.

I can't thank the Doctor and all his staff enough for getting my teeth and bite corrected I moved to this area and needed a dentist and I am so glad I found them I haven't been to a dentist in several years and I was having a lot of pain and to be honest I was wanting to have all my teeth pulled and get dentures and be done with it I had a cleaning done and x-rays and the doctor came up with a plan and I had to have some extractions and a upper plate from start to finish all the procedures were exactly as he said it would be and so was the price and I can't thank the Doctor and his staff enough

I used Dr. Jones for years and never had a single problem with him, he was always very kind and did a fantastic job. A few years back I went in for a visit and seen Dr. Bradford that day and I have continued seeing him since. Dr. Bradford is always friendly and does a phenomenal job! I’ve let Dr. Bradford pull 2 of my wisdom teeth and he made sure I was comfortable and numb through the whole process, he is by far the best I have ever seen. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

I had a tooth break while visiting from out of town over 4th of July. Not only was this office open but also willing to see me the same day. Dr Bradford explained my different options and completed the work with excellence. The entire office/staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the costs were very reasonable even without dental insurance. If I lived in the area, I would choose them for all my dental needs!— Lisa Bishop

Dr. Bradford kept getting frustrated with my three year old. They don't sudate children like they should. They barely gave her any laughing gas while feeling a cavity. They cut her lip with their tools and it got so extremely infected we had to take her to the hospital in which they gave her antibiotics. The only thing they told me was to put antibiotic ointment on her cut which didn't help because it was infected and referred me to another dentist when i got irrate about the infection of how they weren't going to do anything about it. This dentist office isn't worth putting anyone's children or

Dr Jones and Dr Bradford are professional, caring, best you can get. I am typically afraid of any dentist, however they are kind, compassionate and reassuring. My whole family goes there now. I highly recommend them. They are excellent with children, and scared adults! Many thanks to their excellent staff.
