Dr. Havrilla is a Pennsylvania native. He grew up in Hazleton Pa and is a graduate of Penn State University in State College, PA, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. In 1984, Dr. Havrilla earned his dental degree from Temple University in Philadelphia PA, and later completed his periodontal residency at Temple University.
Every patient is unique and we are committed to providing you with quality periodontal and implant therapy based on your individual needs. Above all else, we want to make your visit to our office a pleasant experience. After a thorough exam, Dr. Havrilla will discuss his findings, present treatment plan options and answer any questions you may have about treatment.
Our goal is to provide periodontal treatment in a warm and caring environment. We understand financial pressures and our treatment recommendations tend to be conservative whenever possible. We also strive to make treatment affordable by keeping our fees reasonable and providing a variety of financial options.
When our office books your appointment, we are setting aside a dedicated chair and time slot just for you. We only ask that if you must reschedule your appointment that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time slot to another patient.
No need to fear the dentist anymore! The Havrilla Center for Periodontics & Dental Implants has SIX different ways to help any patient overcome their Dentophobia, including the Dentapen. But first, sufferers need to understand what dental phobia is and know that we understand your concerns. Of that percentage, about five to 10 percent of those people have a strong enough fear to be considered sufferers of dental phobia or Dentophobia.

I had nowhere near the same experience these other reviewers had. I found Dr.Havrilla bedside manner to be horrible. If it wasn't for his lovely staff I would never go back. I would not recommend him to others especially if you need injections. His work is good but bedside manner it's a no for me. Again very nice staff though. And I don't normally do reviews.

It was my first visit to the office. I found the the office to have a very relaxed atmosphere with a very friendly staff. Dr. Harvilla had an excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions. I was not rushed. He was very thorough and what I liked most was his conservative approach to treatment.

Exceptional providers. The front desk staff and assistants made me feel very confident and comfortable during my procedure. Doctor Havrilla worked quickly and efficiently and provided a pain-free experience. The office is immaculately clean and they have the best playlist of any office I've ever visited. I highly recommend this practice.
