Zion's Way began providing hospice services in 2005 and later began offering home health services in 2008. Our team of compassionate professionals is committed to providing personalized life-changing service to all those in need.

In collaboration with a physician and surgeon serving as the Orthopedic Program Director, the Joint Replacement Recovery Programs (JRRP) have been specifically designed for patients preparing for and recovering from Total Knee and Total Hip Replacement Surgery. These programs address goals, diagnoses, special considerations, comfort measures, hazards of being immobile, nutrition and exercise.
The Transitional Care Program was created for you! The team and the features of the program foster seamless transitions along the continuum of healthcare for patients, caregivers and providers. Key components of the program include: medication reconciliation, Primary Care Physician follow-up, risk identification and action planning.

Zions Way is a great place to work! I’ve been working with this company for just about two years. Our team takes great care of our patients. I’ve had several family members on service with zions way. I’m so grateful for the service our staff gave my mother in her final days. Michelle was my mothers hospice nurse. She was so amazing and will forever be a part of our family. The entire staff is unbelievable. They treat every patient like family.

Having worked in the Healthcare, I know there's a lot of choices when it comes to home health & hospice. Especially end of life moments where the time is short, and you want the best care for a loved one.
I can assuredly recommend Zion's Way as the best choice for care in Southern Utah and surrounding areas. They not only have a skilled staff, but they are kind and compassionate. That goes from every nurse, counselor, all the way to the top. Their CEO is a man of integrity, and someone I would stake my reputation on.

I had no idea what to except because I have never needed home health care. I had a hip replacement and they are beyond GREAT! Sara, the nurse, is the sweetest! She was so thorough and answered all my questions! She had all the info I needed! Ruben is my PT guy and he helped me understand why I felt the way I did and what I needed to do to build up my muscles! We made goals which I feel I can complete with his care! I highly recommend Zions Way for your home health needs!!

I recently had back surgery and was checking reviews on home health care. I wasn't 100% for Zions Way but when my home health nurse called, we talked for awhile and there was something I liked in her demeanor. I'm so glad I went with them for my care, they were attentive, caring and just felt a real connection to them. I believe you'd be very happy with their service. I know I was!!
