Services
Acupuncture is the practice of inserting ultra-fine needles through the skin at specific points to treat disease. An alternate technique derived from acupuncture. In acupressure, physical pressure is applied to acupuncture points by the hand, elbow, or with various devices. Similar to massage, but the pressure is emphasized on certain parts of your body to promote healing.
The treatment process calls for the needles to be inserted just beneath the skin's surface. Sensations vary from person to person with some clients feeling a dull, momentary ache or tingling sensation. Acupuncture needles are solid, slender-slightly thicker than a human hair-and bear no resemblance to syringes.

Kristin is, by far, the best acupuncturist I have ever seen. Beyond addressing my physical challenges, she has helped me reach a mental state of serenity and contentment that I never thought was possible. I have seen her regularly for years, now, and would be lost without her. She makes a tremendously positive difference in my life. If there were a 10-star rating, she'd deserve it .

Highly recommend! Kristin took the time to understand my entire history before beginning treatment. She undoubtedly cares for her patients and aims to make a difference in their mental, physical, and spiritual lives. She has an uplifting positive spirit that can be felt immediately upon entering. The space she has created is clean and relaxing. My breath is lighter and I see improvement after each session. Really an all around amazing human.

Simply Amazing! I can't thank Kristin enough for the acupuncture & care she's provided me. A few months ago, I was at my 'wits' end' with mystery physical symptoms I was having so I looked up Acupuncturists in the area and was very impressed by Kristin's credentials, experience, ratings, and knowledge. Kristin makes the appointment feel so comfortable, relaxing, and personalized. Acupuncture with Kristin has been a significant part of my healing journey and why I feel so incredible these days. Highly recommend!

Kristin does amazing work. She is so careful to get to know her patients. The whole history. Not just why you are there. She is careful to always make sure you feel comfortable and know what she is doing. She checks on you and always looks at the whole picture. Previously I had seen acupuncturists who did not always take the whole picture into account. Kristin always (ALWAYS) looks at the whole person! I love seeing her and wish I had more time to devote to acupuncture with her!
