Dr. Loven began private practice in 1988. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University Medical School and is board-certified by The American Board of Dermatology. Ray provides general dermatological services and minor procedures under the guidance of our physicians. He and his wife, Susan, reside in Clarksville.

I have updated my review. Dr. Loven is great and when I started my clinical trial for Psoriasis, everything was great.
As every good thing has to change, they became part of Pinnacle Dermatology, and everything went bad. They never answer, they double charged for a visit, and it is now 6 months I've been waiting to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy, and they haven't. I've paid them 2 visits and they promise things will be done. I've left about 20 messages in the last 2 weeks, complaint to other departments, and i have not heard from them.
I hate the "new system."

Dr. Lovin has been my dermatologist for several years. I’ve always appreciated his mannerisms and his ability to make you feel like, not just a patient, but a friend. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early as I knew there were forms that I needed to fill out. After completing the forms, I was seen very promptly. Brandon performed a thorough examination and took his time explaining his findings and his recommended treatment in detail. Brooke also did a great job. She explained everything that she would be doing, then again as she began each step. I never felt the shots or the scalpel.

I'm self pay. The staff and doctors are very kind and I love them all. Was unaware until today that bloodwork can no longer be drawn at this facility and I have to take my Son to another facility for bloodwork (which is required for the meds he's on and that's what was supposed to be done today). In waiting room for about 45 minutes. The doctor came in for 5 minutes (maybe a few minutes longer, no more than 10 minutes). Almost $200.00 out of pocket for this visit which is more than it was before Pinnacle. So now that this office no longer does labs, I'll have to take him to another facility and
