No customer service at all. I struggled to unstrap and unload our side by side for warranty work and 6 different men walked by and never even offered to help. The bald salesman that was on the lot couldn’t stop cursing within 20 feet of me and when I spoke up, he addressed me as darlin. The self identified “manager” Brian Carson approached my vehicle after I was done and in my car to defend their lack of helping me but couldn’t bother to help when I was struggling with straps and tie downs.

I went to Sunrise to look around on a Friday. We were greated by Jimmie Hill. I did not know exactly what I wanted. Jimmie was very patient and showed us all of our options at all the dealerships. Saturday I came back with My wife and again Jimmie was very patient showing us all the options again. After driving several different UTV's we decided on the Honda Talon x4. At no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase or do a credit app. Jimmie made our first time purchase of a UTV easy. We will most definitely be back for future purchases.

Put down payment for a bike. Down is non refundable which isnt good. But the bike i put down on was way too small for my son. They worked with us to get the next cheapest thing that would fit. And didnt charge me the 3% fee on it to run my card. That was the best part. Otherwise I would have lost the 500 and left with nothing. So thank you sunrise for not charging any fees.

Mario & the sales team were helpful, answered my questions, and were straight in letting me make the right choice. Although they are not a Can Am dealer, the service team took me through the basics, from what they knew. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone wanting a good pre-owned (or new) motorcycle.

I recently ask about a bike at Sunrise Honda in Searcy Ar a couple of months ago and as everyone knows it’s hard to get units because of the Covid . The salesman that I dealt with was Mr. Jimmy Hill .
