We’ve had to deal with a lot of unprofessional businesses since getting a house, but Thomas Chimney Sweep is not one of them. Jeff is very nice, responds quickly to calls, and does a great job. He also sends out thank you cards afterwards, which is a really nice gesture.

Mr. Thomas was thorough, professional, and he meticulously prepared for the work he was going to do for our chimney, placing drop cloths and securing our fireplace so no soot would damage or soil our carpets or furniture. He spent time educating and explaining, and his attention to detail was impressive. He even made sure to put the child safety outlet covers back in place after he finished his work. Would definitely contact him again for any future work needed for our chimney or our dryer vent.
